11th ORSN International Conference at February 2020 Pokhara, Nepal Operations Research and Sustainability
The 11th ORSN International Conference (ORSN 2020) was held in Pokhara (Nepal) on February 1-2, 2020 with theme of Operations Research: Sustainable Development on the occasion of 13th annual day of ORSN. The ORSN Conference was organized by Janapriya Multiple Campus, a Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA )certified community College. The Conference brought 121 participants from four different countries (Nepal, India, China and Japan) and 68 papers in total. The chief guest of the conference was Prof. Dr. Giridhari Sharma Paudel, Vice Chairman of Provincial Policy and Planning Commission, Gandaki Province. He discussed the resolution drawn from the conference and its implementation in the policy of the government. Prof. Dr. Sunity Shrestha Hada (the immediate past president of ORSN) highlighted the conference theme and its procedures. The program was conducted by Bijay Lal Pradhan.
Research methodology training in Chitwan
On January 27-28 two days Research methodology training for faculties of maiya devi girls college was conducted.
FDP-I Presidency College, Chitwan
2 days (10 & 11 JAN, 2020) FDP on Research Methodology has held at Presidency College of Management Sciences, Bharatpur, Chitwan.
The participants were trained on Data Analysis using SPSS.
Data analysis training, Tribhuvan University
In the month of December 2019, 14 hours data analysis training has held at Central Department of Management, Kirtipur. All together there were 215 students in four groups.
Training on Research Methodology
On 4-7 April, 2019, 4 days Training on Research Methodology has held at Dullav Campus, Ghyampesal, Gorkha. The Resource person were Dr. Bijay Lal Pradhan, Dr. Chitra Bahadur Baniya and Dr. Binod Dawadi. The program was funded by University Grants Commission and Village Development Committee.
Data Analysis using Excel @ Diyalo College
आज मिती २०७५।१२।०६ गते दियालो कलेजमा ५ दिने शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम Data analysis using Microsoft Excel कार्यक्रमको शुरुवात भयो । कार्यक्रम वीरेन्द्र क्यापसका क्याम्पस प्रमुख श्री गोविन्द प्रसाद सापकोटाको प्रमुख आतिथ्यतामा भएको उक्त कार्यक्रम को सभापतीत्वमा यस क्याम्पस सञ्चालन समितीका अध्यक्ष श्री विष्णु प्रसाद गौतमले गर्नु भएको थियो । कार्यक्रम दियालो कलेजको आयोजनामा र युनिभर्सिटी ग्राण्ड कमिशन को आर्थिक सहयोगमा सञ्चालन गरिएको उक्त कार्यक्रमा १० विभिन्न क्याम्पसका ३० जना सहभागीहरुको उपस्थिीती रहेको छ । कार्यक्रममा बिरेन्द्र क्यापसका क्याम्पस प्रमुख, बालकुमारी क्याम्पसका क्याम्पस प्रमुख र सप्तगण्डकी क्याम्पसका क्याम्पस प्रमुखहरुले अनुसन्धानको महत्वलाई बुझ्दै दियालो कलेजले सञ्चालन गरेको यस कार्यक्रमको प्रशंशा गर्नुभयो । उक्त कार्यक्रममा डा. बिजयलाल प्रधान र उत्तम न्यौपानेले प्रशिक्षण प्रदान गर्नुभएको छ । औपचारीक कार्यक्रम श्री हरी प्रसाद चालिसेज्युले सञ्चालन गर्नुभएको थियो ।
12th National Conference of ORSN
On 1-2 Feb 2019, The 12th National conference of Operational Research Society of Nepal has held at Hetauda School of Management, Hetauda.
Presented paper on the topic ” Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education of Nepal: Recent trend and Challenges.
